**NEW OWNERS, NEW STAFF!!** For anyone who boycotted Knolls because of the classless and outrageous owner/manager/staff, we can confirm, that there is a new owner and new staff (except for Rocky, who has been amazing since day one). Lauren is delightful. And kind, authentic and welcoming. We were never going to go back until we heard that the bad vibes had left the building. We will be regulars again, without me being called a "hooker". Thank you Lauren and congratulations on acquiring a gem!
Ding Dong the Witch is Dead! Knolls is under new ownership! Lauren is great and she cleaned house in the staff. We are so thrilled to be back to our favorite local pub! No drama, no strangeness just the great atmosphere we always enjoyed and were sad to leave. We back baby!!! Can't recommend this place enough

Great spot. We stopped by this evening and sat at the bar as the class of 84 was having a party. Enrique was our bartender and server. We stated with chicken wings which were very good. The band was fantastic with an awesome sax player. My wife had the boom boom shrimp and I had the chicken linguine. Both dishes were excellent. We heard the news that Vee sold the restaurant and I am sure this place will continue to flourish. Good peeps, good service and good food. Highly recommended

It's Definitely not your Normal Neighborhood Hot Spot, and the Owner, Beata (Bea "B") is Not your Average Restaurant Owner, Lol! My Husband & I have been coming back to KNOLLS since they opened in April 2018! They have a Great Social Hour Menu from 3-6pm 7-days a week! Their is plenty of seating around their large wrap around Bar & Enrique will Gladly hook you up with some Devine Craft Cocktails! Their Food is American Casual Cuisine, with so many choices! From Delicious Appetizers, to Healthy Salads, and you'll want to order their No Joke Hand-Crafted Gourmet Burgers & Sandwiches! They have Fresh Seafood, Hearty Steaks, Pizza & Pasta Dishes, Too! Our Favorites are their Signature BOOM BOOM Shrimp Appetizer~Pan Seared in their Special Homemade Thai Sweet chili sauce! Their Fresh Hawaiian Poke is AhhiMazing! And if your Hangry, their Red Neck Fries will not disappoint~pulled pork, Mac n Cheese, topped with their Tangy BBQ sauce. As for their Main Entrees, some Standouts are their French Cut 12oz. Double Cut Pork Chop with their homemade butter sauce! I Love their Healthy Grilled Salmon! And their Chilean Sea Bass rivals some of the Best out there! The Chefs Absolutely know what they're doing! Not to mention, their Slow Cooked Braised Short Ribs are Fall Off the Bone Tender & Tasty! When you visit KNOLLS, it's clear that it's a Beloved Locals Bar! The Restaurant is Always All Decked Out for the Holidays! And It's a Fantastic place to Host a Large Party! And I'm happy to share, they just recently expanded their Restaurant space in October 2023! They now have more room to host their Nightly LIVE BANDS starting at 6pm & Dancing! They even have a Private Large Back Room to Reserve!
